SHIPPING: Except for orders with expedited shipping, expect 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping. All non-rush orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, except for deliveries to AK & HI, which will go USPS Priority. Orders to non-US addresses will be sent via surface transport. If you need faster delivery, please contact the Publications Office.
RUSH ORDERS: For all orders placed by 12 midnight, ACNM receives those orders by 9AM the next business morning. Rush Orders are shipped from the warehouse Monday - Friday by 2:00PM ET, except for holidays. To ensure that your order is shipped by 2:00PM ET on a regular business day, please place your order by midnight the previous day.
NEXT DAY/2ND DAY AIR: Please note when using these services, that your order will be shipped 1 (Next Day) or 2 (2nd Day) days after your credit card is charged. Please be sure to indicate any special shipping needs using the comments section of the order form.
RETURNS: All orders must be returned to ACNM within 30 days of receipt, must be in resellable condition (unless damaged in shipment), and must include original shipping papers or order number. All returned orders meeting these requirements will be reimbursed by check. ACNM cannot reimburse for shipping and handling charges and will not accept returns sent COD.
